If you’ve never been, Nihon Matsuri is truly something special — a full day celebrating Japanese & Japanese American culture right here in Salt Lake City, with incredible food, live performances, cultural showcases, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, all completely FREE - and Shiro Kuma Snow Cream will be there!

This Saturday, we’re stepping back out and bringing Shiro Kuma Snow Cream to Nihon Matsuri Festival — and we couldn’t ask for a better way to return. 🎌🍧

After a long winter hibernation, Shiro Kuma Snow Cream is officially kicking off our 2026 season THIS SATURDAY! 🎉

Join us at Utah Japan Festival / Nihon Matsuri on April 25th from 10AM–5PM for our very first event of the year — and trust us, there’s no better way to start the season.

This festival is one of Salt Lake City’s most vibrant celebrations of Japanese & Japanese American culture — filled with incredible food, performances, history, and community. 🌸
