Whether he’s enjoying time on the slopes or a well-made Sazerac, Heath brings the same balance and focus to the dining room.

Our hearts are with the businesses and employees affected by the recent Main Street fire this past Monday. These restaurants and bars are pillars of Salt Lake’s culture, and now it’s our turn to rally behind them.
The Downtown SLC Alliance has started the Main Street Fire Employee Assistance Fund to help those impacted get the support they need while they work to rebuild.
