A Little Update From The Trailer 🚨
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who came out and supported us.
As many of you know, our espresso machine decided to have a mind of its own during the event and eventually stopped cooperating altogether. Because of that, we had to retake orders, adjust our menu on the fly, and unfortunately were unable to serve lattes as planned.
We want to sincerely apologize for the longer wait times and any inconvenience this caused. We know your time is valuable, and we never want anyone to leave feeling disappointed.
One customer told us, “No worries, I’m used to it,” after we apologized for the wait. While we understand that delays happen everywhere, those words stuck with us because that’s never the standard we want to set. We want every interaction to feel intentional, every drink worth the wait, and every customer valued. Although we have never claimed to be as fast as a chain coffee shop. We are working out of a tiny trailer and we consider ourselves a slow bar .
To those who showed grace, patience, and kindness while we worked through the unexpected thank you. Your understanding meant more than you know. ☕️
We will be closed tomorrow and will keep everyone updated regarding the rest of this week’s schedule while we work on getting our espresso machine repaired. If anyone knows of a technician who makes house calls for commercial espresso machines, we’d appreciate any recommendations. We are going to attempt a few repairs ourselves first, but we’re open to any help we can get.
At the end of the day, equipment can fail, plans can change, and things don’t always go as expected. But we’re thankful for a community that extends grace when they do.
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
Thank you for supporting our little coffee trailer. We can’t wait to get back to serving your favorite lattes soon. ☕️🤍
God bless,
The Jireh Java Coffee Co.
