One of the things I love most about Roots at the Silo is that our menu changes with the seasons. It gives us a chance to get back into the kitchen, play with new ingredients, and find new ways to turn "comfort food" into something truly special.
​For May, we're leaning into those bright, spring flavors while keeping things rich and soul-warming. I’m particularly excited about the Wild Mushroom Toast and our Silo Crawfish Ragout over butter-whipped grits.
​I had a blast creating this lineup, and I can’t wait for you to taste it. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time visiting us, come pull up a chair and see what we’ve been up to!
