Good evening, everyone!
As we get ready to serve you this weekend, we want to take a moment to share something the Fuentes Family is truly grateful for.
Fuentes Barbacoa was recently approved by the Quintana Neighborhood Association for a grant to help make our building more energy efficient. Because of this support, we were able to replace our older HVAC unit that was outdated, inefficient, and no longer working properly.
For years, our amazing customers have waited in line with us through the Texas summer heat — both inside and outside. Many times, the inside of our building felt even hotter than being outside. We truly appreciate every single customer who continued to show up, wait patiently, and support us through it all.
This upgrade was a long time coming, and we are so happy that we can now offer a cooler, more comfortable experience for our customers while they wait, as well as a better work environment for our employees.
With the rising cost of meat, produce, and supplies, we have always tried our best to keep our prices competitive for our customers. Because of that, making major building upgrades has not always been easy. Thanks to the Quintana Neighborhood Association, we are now able to make this improvement and continue working to better serve our community.
We are extremely grateful to the Quintana Neighborhood Association for thinking of small businesses like ours and for helping us improve the experience for our customers, employees, and community.
