Thank you to the South Texas Business Partnership for another great evening of connecting South Texas businesses!

We're grateful to be members of an organization that understands the value of relationships, collaboration, and building a stronger business community together. Every event has introduced us to new people, new opportunities, and meaningful conversations that continue long after the networking ends.

As a family business, it has been especially meaningful to see our owner Ray serve on the Board of Directors while our other owner Erica had the opportunity to share her expertise in ecosystem building as speaker at a recent SoTX breakfast. Those experiences have only reinforced what we've always believed: when you invest in your business community, your business grows alongside it.

Thank you for allowing Cuba 1918 and The Colao Group to be part of another successful event. We're proud to contribute, collaborate, and continue growing with the SoTX family.

The South Texas Business Partnership welcomed members, guests, and business leaders from across South Texas for an evening of networking, collaboration, and meaningful connections at our SoTX Evening Mixer, hosted by our long-standing partner, RE/MAX Unlimited.

Attendees enjoyed engaging conversations while experiencing offerings from several local businesses, including a vendor booth from YASO Clinic, event photography by Crafty Photo Booth, food provided by Cuba 1918, fresh fruit from Frutería La Mission, and beverages from Dorćol Distilling & Brewing Company.

Thank you to our host, vendors, sponsors, and everyone who attended for making the evening a success. We look forward to continuing to build connections and strengthen our South Texas business community at the next SoTX event.

This Saturday, July 4th, Cuba 1918 will be closed as our team with The Colao Group proudly serves as the Official Production Partner for Centro's Stars & Stripes Music and Food Fest celebration in downtown San Antonio. While San Antonio residents enjoy the festivities, we'll be behind the scenes helping create an unforgettable experience for our city.

But we have some exciting news...

This Sunday, we're bringing back one of your favorite traditions with delicious brunch favorites and the warm hospitality you've come to expect from Cuba 1918.

Mexico and Cuba have shared more than history-they've shared flavors, traditions, music, and people.

Join us for the next installment of our Raices: cultural dining series as we travel From Mexico to Cuba through a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, live music, and the stories that connect our cultures.

Chef Raul has created a menu that celebrates the beautiful ways these two countries have influenced one another:

Cuban Corn Esquites featuring roasted Mexican corn ribs with Cuban mojo butter, cotija cheese, cilantro, and crispy plantain chips.

❤ Second Course
Chicken Mole Empanadas served with roasted garlic mojo crema.

❤ Third Course
Coconut Arroz Amarillo with mango pico de gallo, mojo shrimp, fried plantain ribbons, and avocado crema.
