That makes a perfect score every time since we opened in August 2024, and I couldn’t be more proud of this team. The amount of work they put in behind the scenes every day to keep things clean, organized, and running the right way is no joke.

Big shoutout to our kitchen and front-of-house crew for taking so much pride in this place. It shows.

We are heartbroken to hear of the passing of Polly Harrison.

For so many Thursdays, Polly filled our space with beautiful jazz alongside Dave Deering. Those evenings weren’t just performances — they were moments. The kind that made you pause, smile, and stay a little longer.

Her talent, grace, and warm spirit brought something truly special to our restaurant and to San Antonio.

We are grateful for the music, the memories, and the light she shared with all of us.

Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and everyone whose lives she touched.
