You can't ever go wrong with Longtab's Pork Belly Nachos.

We've got crispy tortilla chips loaded with your choice of melt-in-your-mouth slow-cooked pork belly or tender braised pork shoulder. Top it all off with a Belgian beer BBQ sauce, house-made beer cheese, tangy house-pickled jalapeños, shallots, and fresh scallions for that burst of flavor in every bite.

Last weekend, we released “250”, our beer made in honor of the United States' upcoming 250th Birthday.

It's kind of a big deal, and so is this beer! At 7.2% ABV, it's a deceptively smooth heavy hitter, with notes of citrus, waffles, and honey.

The one. The only. Military City American Ale: celebrating veterans, brewed by veterans, supporting veterans. This Blonde is light, soft, and bready, easy-drinking and perfect for San Antonio heat.

San Antonio has a rich history with beer, and it has enjoyed a strong military presence for over 300 years, dating back to the first Spanish soldiers who founded the San Antonio de Bexar Presidio in 1718. Today, San Antonio is home to one of the largest concentrations of military based in the United States!

Longtab is proud to be a small veteran-owned brewery employing a veteran brewing team and employing veteran family members. We're proud to call San Antonio our home, and MILITARY CITY is our homage to this great city!

A portion of the proceeds of Longtab's Military City American Ale are donated to Soldiers' Angels to support its efforts to provide aid, support, and resources to the Military, Veterans, and their families.

Today, 43 years ago, the Special Forces tab was approved by the Army’s Chief Staff on 17 JUNE 1983.

The Special Forces tab is awarded to any individual who has successfully completed the Special Forces Qualification Course or the Special Forces Officer Course.

The Special Forces tab is the longest of the Special skills tab, which is why it’s nicknamed the “Long Tab”!

First in Asia Golden Ale is a clear, golden-colored, soft-bodied ale with mild hop bitterness and bready malt sweetness, balanced with the bright fresh flavor of 100% Nelson Sauvin hops!

Named after the motto of the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), a U.S. Army Special Forces unit that was activated on 24 June 1957 at Camp Drake, Japan. It was among the first groups of the Special Forces to be officially formed. The 1st SFG (A) is tasked with an area of operations within the Asia-Pacific theater.

Get ready to join us for a special all-weekend Father's Day menu! Chef Min has pulled together a delicious selection of dishes, featuring of some of Longtab Dad Dave Holland's favorites:
