Alright my FB family, We need some help. We are going to be taking a BBQ rig down to Rockport on 9/22, which is next Friday. I am looking for meat donations. We will be smoking brisket, pork shoulders, sausage, and whole chickens. The briskets and pork shoulders need to be in the 10lbs or less range preferably. If you or anyone you know is interested in cooking during the week please let me know. Immersion Outfitters, will be heading down that Friday and returning that Sunday. We can use all hands on deck to either cook, prepare food, serve food or be part of a team working to cleanup debris from houses. It would be really cool if some people would be able to come down that Sunday or Monday morning to keep the pit going. There is a living quarters in the front of the rig that will sleep 4 adults comfortably. If you are interested in donating your time or some meat please let me know. Thanks for your consideration and may God bless this trip to Rockport.
