Feels good going into the weekend feeling good 😎 we hit high water between the expansion & staffing. The new addition… a WALK IN is going to be a game changer for us. As you can see the potatoes had to be the first thing loaded.

Started our day with the cooler going down overnight & the sensor that warns us didn’t. Lost 20 Monte’s. But the hits kept coming. I’ve always posted here & kept it real. It’s been rough.

We are TRYING to staff up we are SORRY today fell short. We WANT you to enjoy your visit with us. We WANT you to return… it’s actually in the business model. I promise if we can control it & perfect it we will this is just the growing pains we are in now.

Notes about this weekend:
• Yes we are open on the 4th 🇺🇸
• Our Tito & Bells have now left us for NYC 💔
• We have a new baker named Deven (intro soon)
• We are incredibly understaffed at the moment, we know & we are trying. Everyday like trying. If there is a wait or a hang up just know from the bottom of my flocking heart we are doing our best.

Final note anyone who wants so extra cash that knows our menu & toast wants to volunteer to help take orders pleaseeeee DM me. We could also use a few people to help run orders to tables & make rounds for refills 💜

Attention Flockers‼️ I made Chilequiles for at least Saturday I hope! My last batch yielded roughly 1/2 gallon to get an idea of how much we would really need to take this to menu 😮‍💨 I have nearly 4 gallons… let’s see how far this gets us!

Here’s the deal tho… you gotta ask for it because it’s not on the physical menu! Yet 😅 hoping to reprint this week. AND we’ve never run a special on the weekend so come help us test this place out!
