📍 San Juan, TX | Full-Time | Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Are you an experienced trucking dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience coordinating U.S.–Mexico cross-border freight? If so, Cano and Sons Trucking LLC wants YOU to join our growing team!

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional who is ready to make an impact while growing their career with one of South Texas’ expanding transportation companies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🚚 Dispatch and coordinate drivers for on-time deliveries
🌎 Manage U.S.–Mexico cross-border transportation operations
📦 Track shipments and keep customers informed
📞 Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
📋 Monitor DOT compliance and Hours of Service (HOS)
🤝 Build lasting customer relationships and negotiate freight rates

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of trucking dispatch experience (Required)
✅ Experience with cross-border logistics (Required)
✅ Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
✅ Knowledge of DOT regulations & HOS
✅ Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
