🌟 This Sunday: Waffles Only! 🌟

Farmers’ market, 9 AM–1 PM in San Carlos.

Housemade waffles a few ways:
🥓 Gingrass smoked salmon, crème fraîche, caper, meyer lemon, pickled shallot
🍗 Fried chicken with our “next level” chili and honey butter
🍓 First-of-season strawberries, almond, chantilly cream
🍁 Classic maple syrup, butter & powdered sugar

To drink: Papachay cold brew, meyer lemonade, non-alcoholic Negroni

This morning I set up a little pizza station at my kid's school to teach a class about food and cooking.

Folding table.
Good old Ooni oven.
A few simple ingredients.

Flour, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and fire.

I don’t make pizza for regular service anymore… but the moment the first one came out of the oven, I was reminded — I still got it.

And the kids concurred.

Turns out you don’t need a full restaurant kitchen. Just good dough, good ingredients, and a good amount of heat.

Pizza may not be on the menu these days, but we’re always happy to fire up the oven for a backyard pizza party, special dinner, or private event.

And who knows… maybe one day we’ll make a few again. 🍕🔥
