Meet Chef Chris Osborne, Cori’s new Chef de Cuisine.

From growing up in his aunt’s restaurant in the mountains of West Virginia to refining his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across New York, Chicago, and Napa Valley, Chef Chris brings decades of experience and passion to our team.

His culinary journey has taken him through some of San Diego’s most celebrated kitchens, including George’s California Modern, Cowboy Star, Pendry San Diego, and B**a.

Now, we’re excited to welcome Chef Chris to Cori as he helps shape the next chapter of our cucina. Join us in giving him a warm welcome 🍝✨

Join us on Thursday, June 4th, for an evening exploring the wines of Southern Italy 🍷 Journey through the sun-soaked vineyards of Campania and Puglia, from the volcanic hills of Sannio to the limestone cliffs along the Mediterranean coast, and experience the rich winemaking traditions of Italy’s south.
