MA•YVR x An’s | Sat, Jun 20, 1-3p | Del Mar Plaza Roof Deck
Our friends at MA•YVR have developed four new, layered craft gelato mocktails that you don’t want to miss. They’re popping up with us on the roof deck of the Del Mar Plaza. Each option incorporates a different An’s gelato into a layered, tea based drink that uses high quality ingredients, like matcha from Paru Tea. Drinks are $10 each.
There are four options to choose from, each one named after a different hat making tool. Each layer of the drink has its own distinctive flavor profiles. Taste your way through the layers, then mix together for the final experience.
This first one is:
⚫️𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫
Black Sesame | Oat Milk | Matcha | Gomazuri
This drink starts with a layer of custom brewed black sesame syrup and a layer of fluffy sweetened oat milk. Smoothly whisked matcha forms the next layer topped with Gomazuri, An’s gelato offering a best of both worlds, from the earthiness of the matcha to the sweetness of the black sesame. Then topped with crunchy, lightly toasted black sesame seeds and Hawaiian black salt for balance.

Magnolia Green Tea | Straw Hat | Mango Sweet Cream | Mango | Dark Chocolate | Florals
A perfumey Magnolia green tea grown in Fuzhou (Fujian Province, China) creates the freshly brewed tea base. Layered with An’s Straw Hat (mango + passion fruit sorbet) and mango sweet cream. Finally, topped with imported & highly aromatic fresh diced mangoes, Boulder ‘Mango Dark chocolate’ bits, and seasonal local farm florals.
🟢𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫
Lychee Black Tea | Olive Oil | Matcha | Canvas
An aromatic freshly brewed lychee black tea grown in Wuyishan (Fujan Province, China) with layers of Canvas (olive oil + rosemary) gelato and a creamy, olive oil infused matcha from PARU® . Finally, topped with local farm seasonal blossoms, local rosemary olive oil, and Hawaiian black salt.
