Natural flavors are infused into ice blocks and shaved using a custom machine to produce a refreshing treat lighter than ice cream and creamier than shaved ice. We believe in the goodness of pure, simple foods and use only the finest ingredients to handcraft our snows. No powders. No syrups. No artificial sweeteners.

Iceskimo started in 2014 as a small pop-up inside an Asian bakery on Convoy. During COVID, we grew to three locations, but last year we made the difficult decision to close our Del Mar and East Bay shops.

To continue serving the communities we love (and hopefully reach even more of you) we’ve been building the Iceskimo trailer. Launching in April 2026, this new chapter is a return to our scrappy roots, bringing Taiwanese shave ice, coffee, and boba on tap to community events, school fundraisers, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
