This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from Biru Bekele in Odo-Shakiso, Oromia.

Rótulo design is one of the most iconic and recognizable forms of popular graphic expression in México.

We’ve been friends with for a good while and when we thought of a rótulo for our new cart, we had to ask Koy for help. This special cart is both a tribute to our roots (since pop-ups are where we first got started) and as a visual reflection of our culture 🇲🇽

Plus, we genuinely love experimenting with design. Ya te la sabes!

While we’ll be slowing down on pop-ups a bit this year, you’ll still be able to catch us at a few spots around town.

Our time at Roaster Village during WOC was truly inspiring. We had the chance to meet amazing roasters and discover some incredible coffees—and now we want to share them with you.

This is all about learning, exploring, and refining our palates together.

The event is open to everyone, and you’re welcome to bring your favorite coffee from WOC so we can taste and talk about it as a community.

By the way—have you tried our decaf? It’s a special lot made possible by producers in Chiapas, Mexico. Processed using the Mountain Water Decaf method by Descamex, this coffee is decaffeinated with pure water (no chemicals), gently removing caffeine while preserving the beans’ original flavor.
