During our trip in Honduras, we had the opportunity to learn more about the different methods to process the coffee bean.
We learned about washed, natural, and honey-processed coffees. (We will provide more information about these processes in future videos!)
While our visit with Evelyn she also showed us coffee beds and allowed us to dial in and use her espresso machine!
