Yes, the drinks at Butter are F$ # STRONG - 2 times the pour at half the price of any other bar or club anywhere!

And when you look at your credit card statement, you may see more then one transaction for the same amount. This is extremely common.

What is however impossible is that we charged you twice for the same thing. Our system is set up to make sure that can't happen. Its just you wanting to believe you drank less then you did and don't recall having that 2nd or 3rd round.

SO PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST so we can help you resolve your concerns of 'duplicate charges' and show you the CC receipts directly.

Cause when you charge it back with your bank, under the asinine belief that we screwed you, its actually YOU thats screwing Butter out of $25 in Merchant charge-back fees - that we get automatically charged for every charge back - despite that we always prevail.
