Our Thailand Chaiprakarn is one of our favorite coffees to brew on pour over right now.
Grown in Northern Thailand, this coffee is sweet, vibrant, and incredibly approachable, with notes of coconut water, Asian pear, and sugarcane.
For this brew, try using 22g of coffee to 350g of water, pouring slowly to highlight the coffee’s natural sweetness and delicate acidity.
The result? A clean, juicy cup that makes slowing down for a few minutes completely worth it.
