We've temporarily paused the group-based Ignite program, but I still have folks doing it on a private plan. I work with folks who are looking for fat loss or blood sugar management (if they are diabetic or pre-diabetic).

Here are the results from our previous batch. As you can see, when someone is more close to their ideal BMI, losing fat is that much harder. The participants lost 5lb and 12lb respectively. All this purely by following the meal plan and a simple workout routine that they can do at home. Consistency is the most important thing we can do for ourselves and if you are really determined and looking for assured results, reach out to us! Are you just getting started on your keto plan? Are you doing it for losing weight or to regulate your blood sugar? We know all too well as to how daunting this can seem. I’ve got some tips for you:
1. Calculate your macros and focus on PROTEIN! Identify how much of what protein you need to eat everyday to reach your goal.
2. Make a list of the dishes you want to make for yourself in the week - this will help with shopping too.
3. Include a variety of low carb veggies to use for your meals. No, this doesn’t have to be all salad greens šŸ˜…
4. Use healthy fats. If your goal is fat loss, then try to keep your fat intake low. Throw away all the seed oils and stick to butter, ghee, avocado oil and coconut oil.
5. Spices are your friends! Ensure you get good quality spices and blends that do not have any unwanted additives or seed oils. Same ingredients can be transformed to new dishes by merely changing the spices.

Participant 2 - batch 1 Ignite.
Can you believe that these are results in just 4 weeks? This next participant is yet another example of what discipline and good food can do to you. E-L-E-V-E-N pounds. It brings me so much joy and happiness. This is what I wanted to do when we started this small commercial kitchen. Food is medicine. Our bodies are so darn intelligent and we just have to give it the right fuel. You can never outrun a bad diet and food should be the top most priority if good health is what you are after.

So excited to share this! Batch 1 of Ignite was done yesterday and today was their measurements day. This participant was already very close to their ideal weight and so it thrills me to no end :)
Batch 2 started today and I can't wait for the next 4 weeks to see their results.
Good health is absolutely good food. We are after all what we eat. I am sure there are many ways to reach one's goals and is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Personally though, a low carb, protein-forward approach seems to be the easiest without compromising on good health. It would be a shame to lose weight and lose health in the process, no?
