🥢 Fresh, bright, and full of flavor.

Chef Lin’s Yum Woon Sen brings together glass noodles, shrimp, chicken, fresh vegetables, herbs, and crushed peanuts with that perfect mix of spicy, tangy, savory, and refreshing.

It’s light, loaded with fresh ingredients, and anything but boring.

✨ Chef Lin is featured in Lake Erie Living Magazine!

This one is pretty special.

Chef Lin’s talent goes far beyond the kitchen. Her beautiful fruit and vegetable carvings are part of a family tradition she has carried with her for years — turning simple ingredients into pieces of art.

Now that skill, creativity, and tradition are being featured in Lake Erie Living Magazine.

From the food she serves to the details she puts on the plate, Chef Lin brings something personal to everything she does.

We’re proud to see her craftsmanship getting the spotlight it deserves. 💜

Good food. Family tradition. Incredible talent.

At Sandusky’s Rockin’ Ranch, chef Lin Repko transforms ordinary produce into extraordinary works of art, continuing a fruit-carving tradition rooted in her Thai family.
