This week we are making another family favorite. Chicken Cordon Bleu. I am trying my hand at homemade mini loaves of brioche too. Served with a buttery mash, fresh sautéed green beans and red peppers and topped with a Dijon Cream Sauce. 😋 This Sunday let us do the cooking!
