10 years!!!

I realized yesterday that we officially hit the 10-year anniversary of The Tennessee Truffle. I knew it was coming, but it still shocked me when it finally registered. In this industry, making it a decade is something I’ll never take lightly.

More than anything, thank you to the customers and patrons who became family along the way. So many of you have supported us for years, celebrated milestones with us, brought friends and family through our doors, and kept coming back time after time. You helped build this place just as much as we did.

Thank you to our family, friends, and all the coworkers and team members who came and went over the years and left their mark on Tennessee Truffle. Every single person became part of the story.

10 years later, I’m still grateful, humbled, and honestly amazed we’re here.

Crème fraîche, ginger, purple sweet potato powder, lime zest

Wasabi peas, Lettuce Bee Farms greens, Alabama white sauce vinaigrette

- Pan-seared wild-caught Mahi
Cauliflower three ways (purée, lacto, roasted), caper berries, brown butter emulsion
