"First time here and I absolutely loved it! I read how they recently got awarded best Chicken Fried Steak in Dallas and I've gotta say this was the best I've ever had. The steak was tender and fried with the crispiest, lightest batter! The sides are unlimited, including delicious golden biscuits, and it's all made daily. Plus, it's so nice being in a restaurant with families, friends, and dates all bustling about with a good meal. The servers are awesome, and the team even does some line dancing!. Lots of smiles, will come back 100%."

This Mother's Day, we honor the mother of Babe's Chicken Dinner House -- Mary Beth "Babe" Vinyard! ♥️ "Babe" developed the family recipes we still use at Babe's Chicken Dinner House, so it only made sense to name the restaurant after her when we first opened in April 1993! While we deeply miss "Babe," who passed away in 2008, we remain incredibly proud of the lasting legacy she created.

"Took a group of employees out to Babe's last night after work. It was SOOO good!
I honestly don't even know where to start with the food... the biscuits were flaky yet dense and paired very well with the sorghum syrup. The potatoes were creamy and thick, the gravy was perfect for all the sides and the chicken.
The chicken was the highlight! If you're only offering a small menu, you'd better have it dialed in and Babe's sure does! The chicken was perfectly crisp but still moist somehow. With a little hot sauce and gravy, it's just about perfection!"
