June 12–14, 2026

To give families and friends more opportunities to celebrate, we’ll be open for lunch and dinner on Saturday and opening early at 3:00 PM on Sunday.

Parties of 6 or fewer may enjoy our regular menu, while parties of 7 or more can celebrate with our special 3-Course Graduation Prix Fixe Menu.

Opal is proud to collaborate with Santa Barbara artist Michael Vilkin and support the incredible work of Children’s Creative Project

Vilkin’s solo exhibition Pentimento: the reappearance of earlier layers in a painting as time reveals what was once hidden. Inspired by this concept, we created the Pentimento Punch, a visually striking and flavorfully layered cocktail featuring white rum, yuzu, ube, crème violette, and coconut.
Each sip unfolds like a twofold sensorial “punch”; complex and expressive.

This drink draws directly from Vilkin’s Layered Meanings exhibit, currently on view at Art & Soul Gallery next door to Opal.

A Collaboration with intention, 50% of proceeds from every Pentimento Punch will be donated to Children’s Creative Project, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching children’s education through the arts, and host of the beloved I Madonnari Chalk Painting Festival at the Santa Barbara Mission.

Part of our Spring Cocktail Collection, this initiative will continue through the season until we introduce our Summer Cocktails in June.
