A lot happening this weekend.

Santa Maria-style BBQ Friday & Saturday evening. FP Ranch Wagyu steaks, raised right up the road, spareribs & half chickens. 4pm — sellout.

A reminder that there will be no Texas-style BBQ this Saturday as we head to the ranch for our sold-out Summer Release + Carolina-style BBQ.

Along with all the usual favorites all weekend long: Wagyu smashed cheeseburgers, wood-fired sourdough pizzas, sourdough pretzels & house-brined and smoked chicken wings.

If you got a ticket for Saturday, we’re excited to see you at the ranch.

THIRD WINDOW’S BBQ HOLIDAY HALF-TRAY: Serves 5–7 people

Both include FP Ranch oak-smoked brisket, pork spare ribs, pulled pork, beef belly burnt ends, house-made sausages, sides (macaroni salad, coleslaw, pinquito beans), house-made BBQ sauce, Carolina Gold, house-made bread, pickles, and thin-sliced white onions.

Preorder pickup begins at 10am on Friday, July 4. Please DM us or email [email protected] to confirm your preferred pickup time.
