A lot happening this weekend.

Santa Maria-style BBQ Friday & Saturday evening. FP Ranch Wagyu steaks, raised right up the road, spareribs & half chickens. 4pm — sellout.

A reminder that there will be no Texas-style BBQ this Saturday as we head to the ranch for our sold-out Summer Release + Carolina-style BBQ.

Along with all the usual favorites all weekend long: Wagyu smashed cheeseburgers, wood-fired sourdough pizzas, sourdough pretzels & house-brined and smoked chicken wings.

If you got a ticket for Saturday, we’re excited to see you at the ranch.

THIRD WINDOW’S BBQ HOLIDAY HALF-TRAY: Serves 5–7 people

Both include FP Ranch oak-smoked brisket, pork spare ribs, pulled pork, beef belly burnt ends, house-made sausages, sides (macaroni salad, coleslaw, pinquito beans), house-made BBQ sauce, Carolina Gold, house-made bread, pickles, and thin-sliced white onions.

Preorder pickup begins at 10am on Friday, July 4. Please DM us or email [email protected] to confirm your preferred pickup time.

FP Ribeye Beef Dip.

FP Wagyu Ribeye raised just up the road, smoked over ranch white oak, shaved and stacked with caramelized onions and provolone on a toasted roll, with house jus for dipping.

Six years and a few hundred thousand burgers later, they’re still at the center of what we do.

The Wagyu briskets have been brined, smoked over ranch white oak, and are ready for tomorrow’s lunch service.

FP Ranch smoked Wagyu pastrami + reuben. Sliced fresh to order.
