In all seriousness, we love having the opportunity to feed the men and women who work every day to keep our community safe.

What drives a deli owner crazy? 🤪

When someone orders our Cove sandwich… and then asks us to remove:

❌ The 7-herb sauce
❌ The jalapeño lime slaw
❌ The marinated tomatoes
❌ The fresh dill aioli
❌ The pickles
❌ (and pretty much everything else that makes it… a Cove)

At that point, you’re basically ordering a brisket and cheese sandwich wearing a Cove name tag. 😆

Don’t get us wrong—we’ll happily make your sandwich exactly how you like it. But every time an order like this comes through, a deli owner sheds a tiny tear for all those housemade ingredients that worked so hard to get invited to the party.
