Three years ago, Alkemē began with Chef Hue-Chan’s personal vision: to carry Vietnamese heritage forward through memory, hospitality, and transformation. This journey has been brought to life with intention, creativity, and care by Executive Chef Erica Tai, whose Taiwanese and Korean heritage and immigrant experience have become deeply woven into the spirit of Alkemē.

For our Third Anniversary Soirée, we celebrate that continuing journey through the spirit of the Summer Solstice — an evening of light, energy, and gathering. Alongside Mixologist Veronica Criswell, whose cocktails bring harmony and vibrancy to the experience, this special dinner reflects the layered creative collaboration that has shaped Alkemē from the beginning.
