Well, well, well, Sparkle Goat has some news!! We're going to resurrect the Goat in Santa Fe, NM! In about a month we will be serving our delightful food, paired with the scrumptious desserts by Ma Cherie. 317 Aztec St...

Today I'm missing Sparkle Goat Cafe, Thomasville, GA and all my friends I made there..
How good would a quinoa quesadilla with roasted red peppers and homemade basil pesto and portobello mushrooms be right now!
I think a road trip east might be in order and then a big dinner party...

Special tonight: turkey quesadilla- tortilla with basil pesto, turkey, portobellos, tomatoes, radish sprouts & sharp cheddar. Sweets: dark chocolate cardamom coconut cake with honey whipped cream....all with a spectacular view!

To say I was shocked by all this would be an understatement, and it has taken me a few days to regroup. Thanks for bearing with me.
If the situation has a bright side, it’s that you have three plus months to eat your fill of Sparkle Goat!
