My brother’s going to do bagel delivery this Saturday for Albuquerque…. I’ll make a double double batch for each location so we won’t run out in 20 minutes- I think everybody will be happy about that. Please arrive early if you want your bagels, we’ll offer more options & schmears. 🍞🥯🍞🥯👩🏽‍🍳

We know we may look like magicians sometimes, and we do not own any Oompa Loompas hidden in the back baking bread all day. 😂
We’re simply a team of dedicated gluten-free bakers working hard every single day to bring you fresh breads and pastries from scratch.
One thing people may not realize is that in a gluten-free bakery, there’s a constant balancing act between producing breads and producing pastries. We do both — and we love doing both well — but there is only so much time, oven space, fermentation time, and hands-on production we can fit into a day while still maintaining the quality you expect from us.
That means sometimes we sell out. And yes, sometimes we sell out of your favorite loaf before you arrive.
If there’s something specific you really want, we always recommend:�• Coming earlier in the day�• Visiting on a less busy weekday�• Or sending us a message to see if we can hold a loaf for you
If we have it available and it’s not still in production, we’re always happy to help when we can.
