Spring has finally arrived in Sonoma County, and I’m feeling it everywhere — the longer days, the blossoms popping off on trees and flowers, the gorgeous weather (between these recent bouts of necessary rain!) AND all of the beautiful spring produce starting to come in from our local farms! This is always one of my favorite times of year in the restaurants because the ingredients start changing quickly and we have so much fun coming up with new and bright things to put on your plate!
Here’s what we’re excited about across our restaurants this season:
MOTHER’S DAY AT AMERICANA
Make your Mother’s Day brunch reservations now!
We’ll be running Mother’s Day specials beginning May 8th, but truly — any day is a good day to celebrate. Whether you’re planning ahead for the weekend or sneaking in a weekday brunch, we’ve got you covered.
Bring your mom, your friends, your aunt, your grandmother — whoever “mother” means to you. Americana and Estero are here for those who show up, take care of others, and deserve to be taken care of for a change.
Reservations are HIGHLY recommended in Santa Rosa and Sebastopol as we do fill up quickly! And though we don't take reservations out at Estero in Valley Ford, we encourage you to come out and enjoy the town and we'll get you sat asap!
WHAT WE’RE COOKING
We’re leaning into the early signs of spring with dishes that highlight what’s coming in fresh from our farms. You’ll see things like spring-forward veggie dishes and hashes, lighter seasonal soups, and delicious rotating specials.
In season RIGHT NOW: asparagus, spring greens, fresh herbs, early strawberries!
These ingredients are starting to show up in our dishes and specials — and will continue to evolve over the next few weeks!
As always, everything is cooked from scratch using ingredients sourced from Sonoma and Marin County as we strive to always highlight our local agricultural ecosystem and support our farmers and vendors!
NEW: LUNCH COMBO SPECIALS
We’ve been working on something new for lunch, and it’s officially HERE!
Our new "Love to Lunch" combo specials let you mix and match select sandwich, salad, and soup portions. It's perfect if you want a little variety without committing to one full dish, or you just want to try a couple of things in one visit!
EARLY BIRD SPECIALS
And don't sleep on our Early Bird happy hour menu at both Americana Santa Rosa and Sebastopol!
If you’ve been looking for a more affordable way to come in more often, this is it.
Available from 8am - 10am, with a focused menu of some of our favorites at a lower price point. To thank YOU for being an EARLY BIRD.
SPRING WEATHER
+ PATIO SEASON
The weather is turning in our favor, and our patios are back in their element.
Whether you’re in Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, or heading out toward the coast to Estero, outdoor dining is one of the best ways to experience this time of year in Sonoma County, and we've got you covered!
LOOKING AHEAD: ESTERO HOURS
As we head toward summer, we’ll be extending hours at Estero Cafe to include more days of the week come mid May. More time and more reasons to enjoy the drive and dine with our dedicated team in Valley Ford! Stay tuned for details soon.
SPRING GATHERINGS + EVENTS
Spring is one of the busiest times of year for group dining — and we’re already booking up! If you’re planning: a graduation, rehearsal dinner, birthday or family gathering, or corporate lunch or team meeting — we'd love for you to consider Americana or Estero Cafe!
We offer both private and semi-private options, with a range of budgets and styles possible.

CATERING + ONLINE ORDERING
Or are you looking to host at home or at the office? We’ve got you there too.
We offer catering for groups of all sizes, along with online ordering for easy pickup. It’s the same farm-to-table food, just designed to travel!
VENDOR SPOTLIGHT:
Singing Frog Farms
This month we’re highlighting one of the farms we’re proud to work with: Singing Frog Farms.
They’ve built a reputation for growing some of the highest quality produce in the region using regenerative practices that support both the soil and the ecosystem. Their greens and vegetables show up across our menus and play a big role in what we’re able to offer this time of year.
We’re grateful to partner with farms like theirs that are deeply committed to doing things the right way. Look out for their full Vendor Spotlight up on our website later this month!
As always, thank you for supporting a small, family-run business that’s committed to sourcing locally, cooking from scratch, and staying connected to this community.
We hope to see you in soon!
Love,
Sam + Ryan
and the whole Americana and Estero family
