Did you receive a double charge from us from any event in August?

If so, we are incredibly sorry! It actually came from the back end of our credit card processing company and issues with closing sales batches. We are working diligently to correct this situation. We do suggest that if this has affected you, please dispute the secondary charges with your bank for an instant refund.

We were working with Square at the launch of our business, but fun fact: Square does not support fringe businesses like selling Kava, so we went with a smaller cc processing company, but they have been nothing but issues. So we will be working with Clover moving forward.
