🥑Chinese medicine nutritional tip - don’t fall for the avocado hype. Raw avocados cause dampness aka gas & bloating. Unless you have reset your gut, then a lil bit every now & again doesn’t hurt & instead gets you all the benefits that have been over promoted by influencers & the food industry. I’m so thankful to my GuChi diet protocol because it reset my gut & I can now enjoy my first harvest of avocados in perfect timing.
