This bomb of a sandwich has been taking over the Trail House zeitgeist lately.

The Turkey Pesto sandwich has had many iterations since added to the menu. This is our best version yet.

Our secret: we bbq and slice our own turkey now which goes through an apple cider brine before going on the grill. mfchef707 has this down to a delicious science and we almost can’t seem to bbq enough turkey to keep everyone happy. lol.

But luckily we are not sold out today, so come get yours!

This is how WE do coffee in the mornings here.
We have our perfectly roasted MYRIAD COFFEE espresso beans.
We have perfectly crafted nectarine syrup that Alisa Harrison made with nectarines donated from one of our favorite witches Jessica
Anyway, we add it to a bit of unsweetened chocolate (girls need their magnesium), run our espresso shots, steam with oat milk and then drink it from our perfectly sized and beautiful cortado cup made by Holly Hunter

We thought we’d remind you that next Wednesday is International Hot Dog Day.

As you know, we have hot dogs here. LOL. Last year, we sold over 1500 of them. So… we decided to celebrate them this year like we would a good friend’s bday.

On July 15th, order your hot dog regular, order it in TH vintage fashion as a dirt dog (comes as a deal with a PBR),
Order it mexi dog style or order it as a chili dog.

Either way, order a hot dog and we will give you a raffle ticket to win one of the silly and fun prizes we will be giving out.

We will be here, airing both FIFA games on Saturday. Come have your coffee while Canada plays in the morning and then come have your beer while France plays in the afternoon!

We will be closing early on Saturday at 6pm so you can celebrate your holiday SAFELY with your family.

We did a wedding.

All we wanted was for this beautiful family,
Who are OUR family,
To have the best night ever.

And so we planned, prepped, set our intentions, did the work.
And made it all happen.

We had the supreme pleasure of hosting the SKINKS girls 8-11 group out in the yard twice this week.

Day 1 was pastries and a mtb clinic with shaneball from Trail House
Day 2 was an ice cream social with fresh ice cream the girls made in their back packs that churned as they rode from the park. We had the whip cream and sprinkles ready for them when they got here.

This was so much fun. It’s exactly what we’re all here for. Can’t wait to see next weeks group and have fun with them. Thank you Larz for bringing all the babies here. So much happiness!
