We’ve been waiting for a minute to let you in on the secret to our turkey pesto sandwich, which has been gathering more and more fanfare. BUT now we’re ready to let you in on it:
We’ve been bbqing your turkey instead of buying it precooked or presliced. came up with a special brine and each time he runs the bbq, he chooses whichever lager is on tap to bring you some extra flavor.
This week, we used light lager.
