The Belvedere Restaurant is an Italian American restaurant nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains and have been established since 1933 and was owned and operated for three generations by the Cavallo family. In February 2022 a new owner John Levy has taken over the business. There have been some changes to the menu, which we rotate twic

e a year and feature locally sourced ingredients when available. Stop in and say hi, have a drink and or some food and tell your stories and enjoy the pause in your day with friends, family or a little me time. The menu has something for everyone and we accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions as best as we possibly can. Tonight! Tuesday, July 14th — come out and join us for a very special Wedding Edition of Tasting Tuesday. Did you know that the Belvedere offers catering services as well as private event space? In the coming months, we’re catering multiple special engagements, including wedding events, and want your feedback to help us make them the best they can possibly be.

Entrees off the experimental menu are available free of charge, bread included, and we ask for your feedback. The bar and regular menu are also available.

You’ve heard they were coming and they are finally here! Our 2026/2027 Rail Trail Maps have made it through production and are now at our sponsoring businesses, partner organizations and in various municipality, village, and town offices along the trail. Make sure to stop in, pick up a map, and support all of our friendly neighbors along the trail.

Tonight! Tuesday, July 7th — come out and see what dishes John Levy and his team have put together for you to try out. Entrees off the experimental menu are available free of charge, bread included as long as you provide us your feedback about the dishes. The bar is also open for any cocktails you might desire and regular menu items are also available if you’d like to order one of your favorites.

Due to significant increases in utility and food costs, we’ve had to scale back a bit, and are no longer able to provide soup or salad with the complimentary Tuesday meals. This is ONLY for the free entrees off of the experimental menu. Choice of soup or salad will still accompany regular menu items.

Last call for book donations! As we prepare for our annual Come to the Fair Book Sale (August 6th to 15th!) we’ll temporarily STOP accepting donations after this Saturday, July 11th. This gives our volunteers time to organize! Get your donations in this week, as afterwards we will ask that you please hold them until we reopen donations.
