YAY! After 17 months of renovations, we are finally ready to serve the community! We are open today for lunch, Friday, February 6th from 11am-3pm with a limited menu. We can’t wait to see you!

Our chicken tenders are a select tender that will be brought in for The Island Chick-N-Shack only. These tenders are not the jumbo tenders found at most restaurants. We take pride in serving top quality fresh chicken to our customers!

As 2025 wraps up, we want to say thank you for supporting our local family owned and operated business here in the Sarasota area for the past 5 years. We are beyond grateful for all our customers who have followed us up and down and all around town, for all the local businesses who have supported us by using our catering services, and most importantly for all the friendships we’ve made with each and every one of you!

We are so eager to open The Island Chick-N-Shack in January 2026! You will be able to come enjoy the most tender and delicious chicken tenders you’ve ever tasted, soak in the island vibes, all while creating lasting memories with family and friends!

We want to keep you in the loop so here’s what’s been happening at the Island Chick-N-Shack…..
-We received the stamp of approval from the state for the kitchen layout.
-Now we are waiting on the license to come in which could be any day.
-We saved the ice cream machine from the Pioneer Market in hopes we could get it repaired, however the tech was unsuccessful. So, if you know someone selling a commercial machine, please reach out to us.
-Speaking of the Pioneer Market, we found a metal shelf left in the storage cooler stamped made in
Chattanooga, Tn. This is the city where our food truck, Chick-N-Nooga, first opened in 2012. How cool is that!
-We are still running the food truck for private catering until the end of the year (We just received a perfect score on our health department inspection ! Yay!)
