Fifteen years old. Flour on my hands, big dreams in my heart, and a pizza peel that felt bigger than I was.

I didn't know where this journey would take me. I just knew I loved making pizza.

Looking back at this photo reminds me that success isn't built overnight. It's built one pizza, one customer, and one long day at a time.

Nearly every lesson I've learned started behind the pizzeria counter. I'm grateful for every challenge, every opportunity, and every person who's supported this journey.

Some things never change. I'm still chasing the same goal I had at 15: to make great pizza and make people happy.

🍇 Every vine has a story.

Fifteen years ago, my parents planted this grapevine on Superior Avenue using a cutting from the vine that grew in my grandparents' backyard in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. It was a way of bringing a small piece of home and family with them.

Over the years, it's weathered storms, grown stronger, and quietly reminded us of where we come from. As we prepare to open our new Gulf Gate location, seeing it thrive feels especially meaningful.

Our family's roots may have begun in Italy, stretched through New Jersey, and eventually found their way to Sarasota, but the values have never changed: family, tradition, hard work, and sharing a meal with the people you love.

Sometimes the smallest things carry the biggest memories. This grapevine is one of them. 💚🍇🍕
