For the new season (Sept 2021), Rick'S French Bistro, 18 years old in Sarasota, is looking for a Cook (Men or Women) .
We are a small French Restaurant on a Bistro style ( 40 seats )with a great reputation. Open right now 4 days a week (Wednesday to Saturday) just for dinner.
Your job will be to continue our traditional French cuisine and bring some new ideas and innovations, and opening 5 days a week …
Be present on the morning for the preparation, and on the evening for the dinner service.
You must have knowledge about the French recipe, and speaking French will be a must !!!
We are open for a partnership if a good relationship can be establish.

Due to the Covid 19, Rick will be able to serve until 8 customers outside. Inside, the distance of 6 feet will be respected between each table. We'll appreciate your support and hope to see our loyal customers soon. Stay safe

Due to the Covid 19, we are not going back to France this year... So, We will be open until September 12, Thursday to Saturday. Stay safe and come to visit us ..... Thank you for your support.

Unfortunately during the pandemic time, we will be open Thursday to Saturday and we can do take out during the same time. Just stay safe and hope this pandemic will be over very soon.

Here we are !!! We plan to reopen the restaurant on Tuesday May 12 ! As we are restricted to receive 25 % of our customers, we recommand to make a reservation As soon as you can ....
Together we will be back to the life !!!

Since a week I’m not in our Bistro because I was very close of a “ heart attack “ but today after an emergency surgery and 4 stents in my heart , I’ m feeling much better and return to the life slowly. Thank you to everyone .... Rick is still alive !!!
