Delivery fee....................................................................$20.00 min (within 35 mile radius) Will deliver further with additional delivery fees. (0-5 miles = no fee)

People give more when they feel seen.

Not forced, not pressured, just genuinely valued.

That’s the difference.

You can demand effort, but you can’t force care.

Respect earns that.

Acknowledgment builds it.

Ignore that, and people do the bare minimum.

Not because they’re lazy, but because they don’t feel it matters.

So if you want more from people, start by showing them they matter first.
