It has taken me awhile to post something on this page because quite honestly I miss Liquid Assets. We had the best customers and I really miss all of you. Thank you for all the laughs, love and good times.

Liquid Assets is for sale (coffee shop and restaurant). The purchase price is $38,000. This is a turn key business opportunity. You will need to negotiate a new lease with the building owners, but they are very pleasant to work with. To operate, you will need a food license from Stearns County. I can instruct you on how to obtain licensing.

Only serious inquiries. We have had too many people ask about purchasing Liquid Assets but have no clue what it takes to run a business or do not have the assets necessary to purchase. Good morning. After much discussion and a lot of sleepless nights, I have decided to close Liquid Assets. Over the past year, I have fought hard to keep my doors open, but unfortunately the fight must end. I can no longer run this place by myself because of health issues and quite frankly our business is not enough to keep us open.

I want to thank everyone for their patronage, and I wish everyone success in the future. This has been an extremely painful decision that had to be made, but I wanted to make sure I thanked everyone for not only becoming our customers, but our friends as well.
