The history of our recipes goes back over 40 years in Manhattan. There are many styles that we have tried throughout time and we find that we can share these fantastic flavors with you while mantaining our original regional food. We always add a Tuscan flair to our dishes.

In the last year, we've built a commercial kitchen and warehouse, received our Non-GMO Project certification and are in 25+ stores throughout the Hudson Valley and growing, in addition to being available online and shipping anywhere in the US.

Fresh garden tomato rigatoni using our tomatoes from our garden with onion, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.

A quick reminder that there will be extra traffic getting to the restaurant this weekend due to the garlic festival (we will also be there, stop by and say hi!) and to plan accordingly or give us a call if you need help around the detours.

Our day ones will remember our classic Pollo al Mattone aka whole roasted chicken under a brick.

Marinated for 24 hours in an olive oil and vinegar brine then cooked under a stone with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper and once it's perfectly roasted we serve it over a bed of escarole and beans.

It's flavorful, filling without being heavy (especially on warm summer nights), and available now for you to enjoy!
