While we've been mixing up floats and dirty sodas all summer long, the ice cream soda actually dates back to 1874, when a man named Robert McCay Green created the first one over 150 years ago.

Let's be honest — around here we're fueled almost entirely by caffeine, sugar, stubbornness, and questionable amounts of optimism.

Our cold brew starts with coffee from Brew Ha Ha Roasters, who roast their beans right here in Sauk County. Then we add our scratch-made syrups like caramel, chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and honey vanilla.

Top it with a pump of cold foam and suddenly you're not just drinking coffee — you're making excellent life choices.
Whether you need a little pick-me-up, a lot of pick-me-up, or enough caffeine to tackle that project you've been avoiding since April, we've got you covered.

And when we say freezer section, we don't mean a lonely box of commercial made treats tucked in the corner.

We mean scratchmade Ice Cream Sandwiches, Peach Pops, Dessert Buckets, Floats, and all kinds of frozen goodness.

Did I also mention that we now carry Gluten Free Ice cream sandwiches with chocolate chip cookies and SassyCow Vanilla!?

Want plain vanilla ice cream in a cup with gummy worms tossed on top? If you ask nicely, we can probably make that happen too. No judgment here.

#4 – The Food (a locally sourced flavor situation that may or may not change your life)

This is not “grab a quick bite.” This is a full Sauk County flavor expedition with side quests.

We’ve got wraps, salads, brats, and hot dogs—built on the radical idea that food should actually come from nearby, not a mystery dimension.

Our meats are locally sourced right here in Sauk County, which means your brat has less travel history than most people’s weekend plans.

We add scratch-made dressings and ketchup, because we believe condiments should not come from a bottle that has seen things.

Then we load it all up with micr

Microgreens and fresh produce from local farms, so your salad can confidently say, “I know my farmer.”

At this point, it stops being lunch and starts being a personality test: are you a brat person, a wrap person, or someone who blacks out and orders one of everything?

Either way, it’s farm-to-table… just with more personality and less polite silence.

Because around here, we don’t do “eating local” as a trend.

Our beautiful, tender white popcorn is popped fresh on site and then dresse
d up in a variety of crave-worthy flavors. Whether you're a traditionalist reaching for White Cheddar and Dill, or a thrill-seeker willing to trust a snack named Unicorn P**p, we've got you covered.

Our gourmet popcorn lineup includes favorites like White Cheddar, Cheddar, Dill, Jalapeño, and Pizza, along with fruity flavors like Pink Cherry and Grape that refuse to take themselves too seriously.

And then there's the cotton candy.

We spin it fresh every week, from classics like Blue Raspberry, Cherry Berry, and Green Apple to organic dye-free favorites like Root Beer, Pineapple, and Lemon. Because sometimes your inner child deserves a little attention too.
