Shaking Tuna - Bò Lúc Lắc, or Shaking Beef, is one of those beautiful results of two cultures colliding. The French influence on Vietnamese cuisine has given us all some amazing flavors, but this one is a plate cleaner. In this case - of course - we’ve swapped the beef for pristine Ahi cuts.

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Enjoy the day with our Chorizo Tacos. We use local rockfish, mince it down to tiny pieces, then season and cook as normal chorizo. It’s very hard to figure out it’s not pork, and sometimes seafood is more fun when it doesn’t look like a fish. .
