Historic preservation as far as you can see...

When creating Cavallo Point, we set out to save 17 turn-of-the-century buildings that once served as officers’ quarters within Fort Baker's former 1905 US Army post. We retained or repurposed nearly all of the charming façades, plus interior finishes with remarkable soul: hardwood floors, crown molding, pressed tin ceilings and more.
