To Our Valued Customers,
It is with a heavy heart to announce that on Saturday, November 19th, True Juice has closed the cafe until further notice. We will still operate the juice side of the business while the cafe remains closed. After three years in service, it's been quite a ride. We opened our doors in January 2020, and faced adversity right off the bat. A global pandemic, supply chain bottlenecks, a struggling labor force, and rising costs due to inflation. Through it all, we have kept our heads up high, came into work, and served incredible guests. Over the last few months, I have been dealing with a tough decision to keep the cafe open. Ultimately I am deciding to focus solely on what we love to do here, and that's making Organic Juice for all to love and enjoy.
Our vision is to have a great locally owned juice company that prides itself on making the healthiest juice with only the cleanest ingredients. We make 100% organic cold-pressed juice with no B.S. Our juice is RAW, as nature intended, with no additives, no preservatives, and no natural flavors. My goal is to build a Juice company that works for all the people in our community. We will explore options on how everyone wants to get their weekly organic cold-pressed juice. Stay tuned for updates and how we jump into our next chapter.
To end, I must say thank you to all our amazing guests. We could not continue the cafe for as long as we did if it wasn't for you. Thank you to my team members who helped serve so many people and made it great to come to work every day. I am looking forward to the future of True Juice.
