Round House Cafe at Two Waters The Round House Café is owned and operated by the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. Reservations are not needed -- walk-ins are certainly welcome.

The Round House Café opened April 13th, 2009 and is part of the Two Waters Administration Complex of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community tribal government. We proudly served our one millionth customer in mid-June of 2017 and continue to serve close to 600 meals a day, including catering. Managed for the Community by ARAMARK, the Café serves a delicious variety of "regular American" daily

offerings including burgers, soups, entrée specials, made to order deli sandwiches, pizza, calzones and stromboli -- in addition to a rotating variety of cultural menus, including many ethnic dishes from both around the country and across the world. Many of our Native American recipes were created locally by our staff, 80% of which are SRPMIC members, including hand-made chumuth (tortillas) and fry bread, Posole Verde, Menudo, Red Beef and Green Pork Chili, Tepary Beans, Zucchini-Corn & Cheese, Poshol, and many more. The Cafe seating area is closed today to facilitate the installation of new tables & chairs. Pre-Made Breakfast Burritos ($7 each) will be on sale outside the Cafe this morning with coffee, juice and water. The Cafe is closed to the public for lunch as we will be serving an outdoor employee BBQ Picnic.

To accommodate the change, inside the Cafe will be closed and we will sell pre-made breakfast burritos outside for breakfast; and serve a FREE employee outdoor BBQ for lunch featuring pulled pork & beef and free ice cream!
