Summer is here and we’re taking you on a little trip to the Basque coast. ☀️

Our Pieuvre à la Basque starts with adobo-marinated octopus, slow-cooked for five hours until perfectly tender, then paired with Spanish chorizo, confit garlic, roasted potatoes, shish*to peppers, grilled pineapple, basil aioli, and micro cilantro.

Bold flavors, sunny afternoons, and a dish that feels like a seaside escape without ever leaving Scottsdale.

This month’s Classic French Friday feature is one of France’s most beloved seafood dishes dating back centuries, traditionally served in coastal regions as a rich, celebratory scallop dish.

Coquilles St. Jacques 🇫🇷

Roasted diver scallops topped with Manchego, duck fat panko, and trout roe, in a scallop shell with Pommes Duchesse and served with a side of decadent cream of spinach.

A little decadent, deeply comforting, and very much in the spirit of a long French dinner.

Available this Friday and every Friday throughout the month of May.

There’s always that one friend you trust to order dessert for the table…. This is the dish they would choose nine times out of ten 🇫🇷

Made with Valrhona chocolate, baked to order, and finished warm with your choice of chocolate, mint, or Grand Marnier sauce poured right over the top. Add whipped cream or ice cream if you believe dessert should be a little extra.

This scratch made delight takes 28 minutes to bake, so order a round of espresso martinis, catch up and let us do the rest.
