Todays the big day!!!🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊 Grand opening /big reveal of the new food trailer "The Big Girl" or "Colossal-er Kitchen" (we haven't decided on the nickname yet 🤪) We'll be at our regular spot in the Westshore bank parking lot from 11am to 5pm. Good news R&T Colossal Kitchen family!!!😊🎊🎉🎊🎉😊 We are pulling out the "old" trailer and getting it ready to open back up!!!! The next couple days and over the weekend we will be cleaning and preparing it to reopen MONDAY, MARCH 30TH. Barr no problems with the ole girl we'll see y'all's smiling faces Monday-Friday at the Westshore bank parking lot 11am to 5pm.
You might ask, " Not the new trailer?"..... Well, it's still under construction and not looking to be completed until later in April. We miss y'all and from all the questions y'all miss us too.😊 We will reopen the old trailer and tease y'all until the new trailer is completed. Mind you, when the new trailer is completed we will have to shut down for a couple weeks to prep the new trailer. But in the mean time we're gonna put the old girl back in service.
Thank you very much for the continued support and questions of when we're coming back. So, we'll see y'all Monday morning as long as there are no problems with the old trailer.

Update: We've been getting alot of questions... "When are you coming back". Soon!! We are waiting for the trailer company to finish our new trailer.😊 Yes, we hired out this build. And wow will it be amazing!!! Bigger and hopefully more efficient. We desided on 26 feet long!! 🤯🤯 The current trailer is 17 feet. We were planning on buying a blank trailer and building it ourselves again, but for the cost of the blank it was unreasonable. So we handed the reins over to an amazing builder outta Tennessee. We toured the build facility and were super impressed.
Now to answer the question.... it looks like mid-April until we are up and running. We were hoping for the first week of April, but it's looking like later. Yes, we will be back in our regular spot in the Westshore bank parking lot Monday-Friday and traveling on the weekend to lots of events.
We are super exited for the new trailer to be completed and hope to see y'all's smiling faces soon. We miss y'all as much as you miss us.
