Local Juice opened with the intention of providing health and wellness to the community and we did so. We opened to provide delicious cold pressed juice to you and we did that as well. We served you as best we could, unfortunately sometimes as businesses we either keep climbing or it's just not in the stars ✨️. This is the latter of these two.
Some of you have gotten to know me and Local as your spot to grab juice and for that I would like to first say Thank you. Truly from the bottom of my heart I made it a point to always try and remember each and every one of my guests names. I would love to hear my chimes on my door and greet y'all coming in. It filled me with so much joy. However, as the economy took worse and worse of a turn, prices kept rising on produce, gas, etc I would hear that chime less and less.
I have no regrets in life and I do not intend to add Local to the mix. We are proud of what we produced in the time we produced it. I am proud of the space we held for the people that came in to enjoy it. I am thankful for the guests I was able to help and serve.
There are people around me I NEVER would have been able to do any of this without. FRIENDS, FAMILY some friends I would consider FAMILY also my Mom and Dad whom continually stand by me no matter what. THANK YOU!
Last but certainly not least the two people in my world 🌎 my daughter Zz who has listened, given such great advice for a 10 YEAR old, and had to eat pickles for a while while we were opening because that was all we had in the fridge, you're the BEST around kiddo! And my love Billy. You've been great since day one when I said "hey I think I would like to open a juice bar " he simply replied ok 👍. He has painted, climbed on ladders, put together tables, and too many other handy man tasks. Thanks for the unwavering support you have offered me over these last few months as we figured out the financial forecast and came to this decision. Thank you for your love.
