Peach butter swim biscuit is basically a fluffy, golden biscuit that’s baked in a pool of melted butter (hence the “swim”). Instead of being dry and crumbly, the edges get all crispy and buttery, while the inside stays soft and pillowy.

Now—add peaches. 🍑 diced fresh peaches, spooned on top of the batter. When it bakes, the butter + peach juices caramelize around the edges, so you get this gooey, sweet, buttery crust hugging a tender biscuit.

The vibe? It’s like a cobbler and a biscuit had a messy, delicious love child. Sweet, salty, sticky, and melt-in-your-mouth.

Available in an 8X8 (9 servings), or you can try it out a serving on selected days. Peach only available through the summer.
